At Super Good Vibes, we want you to feel great about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—while keeping things fair for everyone.


Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from stains, odors, or signs of wear

All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Limited releases
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@supergoodvibesonly.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you next steps.

Please note: returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.


Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns
  • For larger orders (over $100), a 20% restocking fee may apply

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, the fastest option is to place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
