REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Super Good Vibes.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Item must be in the original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Items damaged after delivery


EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.


DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

  • defective

  • damaged

  • incorrect

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Super Good Vibes is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • incorrect address provided by the customer

  • events outside our control


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Super Good Vibes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be refundable.
